I am am aging Baby-Boomer, three time breast cancer "survivor" (who also has asthma)and who has pretty much always suffered from tension-related back, neck & shoulder pain that now has spread to include arms, my lower back, legs and even feet...
I am currently doing physical therapy but it is very limited and does not address my total body (and mind) needs and wellness. I need help! I really want to be able to ENJOY life again and this program sound like it was almost designed especially for someone like me!

i am in recovery...... i was diagnosed with multple sclerosis but this dvd would be great to help me keep my muscles stretched
