I've been a part of Friday Follow for a couple weeks now and I love it.  I've met a lot of people, seen a lot of great (and I mean Great) blogs and just enjoyed myself immensely.  So thanks so much, Midday Escapades, One 2 Try, and Hearts Make Families for this great idea!  I hope to make some more bloggie friends today and  hope we can all enjoy the party.

I Need An Expert Opinion and Help!

I'm off for a busy day but before I go, I need to ask someone to help me.  I just got a big notification on my page that I have exceeded bandwidth?  What the heck?  My wallpaper is gone, and this pesky little icon is telling me I need to convert to something else.  Do I need to pay for this, is it a pain? Do I need to download something?  Should I make friends with a Geek?  This is truly a down day as far as blogging goes for me.  I am basically just learning as I go and probably making some huge mistakes and faux pas.  But I think that is just the only way to do things.  Dive right in, as they say!  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Apparently, my problem has to do with my background supplier.  Her whole website has exceeded  bandwidth and has affected me here.  So for right now, I am going with a boring Blogger background until I can figure out what to do.  Let the blogging move forward!

Good news!  I found another background that I like and I think I'll just cross my fingers and hope this flies for awhile.  I really could ask my dh, but he's snowboarding with his guy friends right now and sometimes it is just better to do it yourself.  I learned a bunch of stuff, that's for sure.  I never knew I could edit right from my page.  I always wondered what the little pencil on the bottom of my posts was.  Now I know.  BTW, Thanks, Cutest Blog on the Block!

I Need Photoshop!!

So, I decided to just show up in some pictures on my blog, holding up two fingers indicating that I need 2, yes, 2 blogs.  This picture was taken by my son at the end of last Sunday evening after cooking and eating Country Bob's Fabulous Baked Beans. They were so good, but man, was I full and my makeup and hair were totally gone by this time.  But hey, this is life and I don't do photoshop. Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce Review & Giveaway - Ends 2/10/10

I tried two recipes with Country Bob's All purpose Sauce - Country Bob's Fantastic Baked Beans, and Stuffed Pepper Soup.  Let me tell you.....yummers!  Unfortunately, nothing low fat about these recipes, one made with pork and one made with ground sirloin.  But it was a lot better than going to, say, a Carl's Jr. and getting one of their ridiculously fattening burgers with a side of fries and a coke.  This is good, hearty, home-cooked delicious food that you feel good feeding your family once in awhile or a lot, depending on your ambitions.  These two recipes are so good on a cold winter's day, with summer bathing suits and shorts so far away that eating just for comfort is exactly what I want to do.  No disappointment here. My family was all thumbs up! 

But when the weather gets warmer, grilling is just the ticket.  And Country Bob's is right there for you!  He's got a Barbeque Sauce that would be perfect!

What I really like is the short list of natural ingredients that make me feel better about putting it into my gullet.  I get so tired of the long list of chemicals I read on practically everything edible that isn't living or didn't have a  mother. 

The Sauce is not so strong as to overpower the other flavors of onion, green pepper, rice, meat, etc.  It just enhances these flavors and makes them so delectable.  Country Bob, I love you!

GET IT:  From stores where Country Bobs' Products are sold or go to Country Bob's and order online. His prices are very reasonable.  There are also recipes and other little surprises there!
